Arches CO-OP Health Plan is a new member-governed, non-profit health insurance option for Utah residents established by the Affordable Care Act. The goal of Arches Health Plan is is to offer individuals and small businesses lower-cost high-quality care with a focus on care coordination around medical homes, cost transparency, increased efficiency and its unique member-governance structure.
